BOOKING POLICY
Payment is due before the first class of the term.
If you are unable to make a class you have the option to 'make up' the class by attending another class within that term, subject to there being space. This will need to be arranged in advance via the swapboard.
Priority booking for the upcoming term will be given to those committed to the previous term. Spaces cannot be held in class if you are unable to commit to the next term but want to start again at a future date.

HOUSEKEEPING
Please arrive in good time for class. Late comers will not be admitted.
Belongings need to be placed well out the way at the edges of the room.
Please put mobile phones on silent and leave them with the rest of your belongings.
